I got this book the same time as the first 2 books in the series and I started reading it after finders keepers. This book is the weakest in the trilogy and heres the plot then I'll say why. The book takes place a little while after finders keepers and focuses on bill Hodges who is diagnosed with cancer and only has a certain amount of time to live but he has one more strange case to crack. And it revolves around the infamous mercedes killer Brady heartsfield who is comatose but he is very much conscious and very much deadly. He now has a power to possess people via a fishing game and his goal is to be the suicide king Dr.Z and to get a new body but mainly KILL HODGES. It all culminates into a supernatural thriller that will keep you at the edge but there is my gripe Supernatural. See the first 2 books were grounded in reality and that they could happen but this one throws all that out the window and says let's explain stuff via strange abilities. But it is an emotianal end to the bill Hodges trilogy and if you liked the first 2 books you will cry at the end.
