The last illusion (short story) by Clive Barker review

This story is the 5th and final story in the collection of storys cabal. The plot is that a man named harry d'amour gets hired by a woman who's husband was just killed by an accidental illusion failure involving giant blades because he needs to protect the body of this magician. Now this magician is the lord of illusions as people like to say cause his illusions looked real. Then a mayor comes to take the husbands body and it looks like hes Harry's friend but actually this mayor is evil and wants to revive the master illusionist so he can kill the world. With the help from the magicians old friend harry must stop the mayor and his gargoyles and stop them from resurrecting the lord of illusions before it's too late. The short story is excellent even with a bloody and I mean bloody ending.
