My friend gave me this book a long while ago and I read it soon after I read the bill Hodges trilogy and i gotta say this book is f##king weird. The plot is that this boy is brutally killed by a man named Terry maitland who is flint city's most popular citizen and he is publically arrested by some detectives led by detective Ralph Anderson. As the story goes on you start to realise that Terry never murdered anyone and that there Is something supernaturally evil causing all this. The book also has characters from the bill Hodges trilogy mainly holly gibney. As the book reaches its climax you realise evil has many faces maybe even yours.
